Auxiliary

The CHC Auxiliary is an organized volunteer division of the Children's Health Council whose role is to support the agency and its mission. In cooperation with the Board
of Directors, the Auxiliary conducts various fundraising projects and assists with activities of the agency by providing volunteers.

The First Fifty Years Book
The limited first edition commemorating the first fifty years of the Auxiliary and the Children's Health Council is now available. This remarkable book has synthesized
the growth of the Children's Health Council from multiple volumes of Auxiliary scrapbooks.

The Bargain Box

A resale shop benefiting the Children's Health Council, the Bargain Box was established in 1956 and has since been operated and supported by Auxiliary volunteers. All proceeds from the sale of donated merchandise directly benefit
the programs and services of the CHC.

Hours:
10 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday
12 pm - 5 pm, Saturday

Birthday Club
The Birthday Club is an ongoing fundraising project of the CHC Auxiliary. With
a suggested minimum donation, loved ones are enrolled in the Birthday Club and receive a special birthday or anniversary greeting created exclusively for the Children's Health Council. All contributions go towards CHC services for children
and families. To sign up, please complete the Birthday Club Enrollment form.

Summer Symphony
Auxiliary members volunteer for ushering, ticket-taking, etc., at this Peninsula
tradition held annually at Stanford University's Frost Amphitheater.

Leadership Opportunities
Auxiliary members have the opportunity to be elected or appointed to the Auxiliary Board, which meets monthly.

Lunch Bunch
The Lunch Bunch meets monthly for informal social gatherings at popular local restaurants. Meetings are open to all members and their friends.
