Professional Experience
After receiving her Masters, Heather served as a therapist to drug and alcohol addicted teens in residential treatment. Heather also worked on a high school campus providing behavioral support to teens in a therapeutic special day class program. Currently, Heather provides behavioral services to children and teens whose behaviors are impeding familial and social relationships or interfering with their academic success. In addition, Heather provides therapy to children and teens who present with a myriad of mental health struggles such as: mood disorders, anxiety disorders and problems stemming from trauma and abuse. Heather is a trained Art Therapist and works from a family systems perspective.
