SOCIAL THINKING FOR TEENS / AGES 13 – 18
Does your teen have difficulty understanding others and dealing with transitions and change? Based on the work of Michelle Garcia Winner, this group will help your teen make and keep friends by developing attention, regulation, social, conversation and perspective-taking skills.

TEEN TALK: EMPOWERMENT GROUP FOR STRESSED MIDDLE SCHOOL TEENS / AGES 12-14
Is your teen struggling with challenges such as peer pressure, teasing or bullying, mood swings or stress? With peer support, teens will learn how to apply teachings in mindfulness, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. The group also draws on highly-acclaimed therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Separate boy and girl groups available based on enrollment.

INTENSIVE SUPPORT GROUP FOR TEENS WITH HIGH-RISk BEHAVIORS / AGES 14-18
This group is for teens who may be at risk for behaviors such as self-harm or suicidal ideation and/or have recently been hospitalized or completed an intensive outpatient program. With the support of peers and group leaders, teens will learn how to apply teachings in mindfulness, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness and will draw on highly-acclaimed therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
The group includes a mandatory parent component to help parents reinforce the skills and strategies that teens learn in group at home.
