Gianna Galletta, MEd
Gianna discovered a passion for working with kids when she was in high school while volunteering. She began her teaching career working with preschool children but was soon drawn to children with special needs. Since then, Gianna has worked with students with a wide range of challenges and ages, both in classroom and one-to-one settings. Before coming to Sand Hill School, Gianna taught elementary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Gianna enjoys spending time with her puppy, traveling and reading. Gianna earned a BA in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Education, a Special Education Teaching Credential and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Notre Dame de Namur University.
