Enrique has experience working in multicultural/bilingual environments providing therapeutic services to children, families and adults, as well as consultation services to teachers. Enrique combines a Humanistic and a Cognitive Behavioral approach in his therapeutic work. He believes that the success of the therapeutic process relies heavily in the positive relationship between clinician and client, and in the supportive involvement of client’s family in treatment.
Enrique moved to the city by the bay all the way from Colombia, South America in 2006 to pursue his MA in Counseling Psychology. He has lived in California ever since.
