CHC proudly offers all employees a 401(k) plan, which provides a way for you to contribute pre-tax dollars and save for your retirement. Effective your first day of employment with CHC, you are eligible to participate and can choose from a variety of options based on your personal investment style. CHC provides an annual discretionary contribution to your 401(k).

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Health Savings Account (HSA) is a tax-saving opportunity for employees who elect a high-deductible health plan. Employee contributions are used to reimburse themselves for out-of-pocket expenses.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

If you’re paying for daycare for your children, a Dependent Care FSA is another tax-saving opportunity to set aside a portion of current earnings on a pre-tax basis for later reimbursement of qualifying dependent care expenses.

529 College Savings

529 College Savings Plans are tax-advantaged college investment programs that help employees meet rising college costs. Plan participants make post-tax contributions to an account on behalf of a beneficiary.

Commuter Benefits

CHC participates in the WageWorks commuter benefits program to use pre-tax dollars for mass transit and/or parking expenses.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness
