Ramsey Khasho headshot

Ramsey Khasho, PsyD

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Khasho is CHC’s Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Clinical Services for Sand Hill School. Dr. Khasho has over 20 years experience evaluating and treating children, teens and families. He specializes in pediatric anxiety and depression, ADHD, autism, forensic assessment and family therapy. Dr. Khasho explains, “Our specialists work together to bring all their knowledge and points of view to the table to discover what’s really going on with each child. Our highly-trained expert staff includes licensed psychologists, neuropsychologists, psychiatrists, educational specialists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists–all right here and ready to help.”

Pardis Khosravi, PsyD

Clinical Director and Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Pardis Khosravi specializes in conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and providing evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents and transitional aged youth. Dr. Khosravi has training in multiple evidence-based therapies and integrates interventions and approaches from various modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). She is passionate about psychological assessment as a tool to best understand each child’s strengths and weaknesses, to empower the child and their family to utilize their strengths to increase resiliency and optimize academic, social and emotional functioning.

Vidya Krishnan, MD

Chief Psychiatrist and Medical Director

Dr. Krishnan brings a wealth of clinical experience to her role at CHC. She believes in a comprehensive approach to mental health issues and aims for a collaborative approach to care with a strong emphasis on therapeutic interventions to complement the use of medications. She works to build a team of caregivers with common goals, frequently involving multiple stakeholders with an aim to utilize the various resources available in the community. She is passionate about the importance of improved access to mental health services and strives to work in diminishing the stigma surrounding mental illness at the individual, family and community level.

Rachel Long

Director of Business Operations

Rachel is thrilled to join CHC. She brings over 20 years of non profit leadership experience with her including positions at the East Bay SPCA and Guide Dogs for the Blind. Her most recent role was with Discover Hope Behavioral Solutions, an ABA company dedicated to helping children diagnosed with ASD. Rachel has undergraduate degrees in Math and Economics and an MBA with a concentration in non profit management from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. In her spare time, she is very involved in Bay Area theater and usually sees one to three musicals a week! She lives in the East Bay with her three teens, husband and endless parade of foster animals.

Rob Wagner, DSW, LCSW

Clinical Director and Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Dr. Wagner is a Clinical Director and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience working with youth, young adults and families in school, hospital and therapeutic settings. He received his Master of Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Wagner integrates practices from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in his work. He has extensive experience supporting youth and families through challenges with school, career and emerging adulthood, and believes each client and their family brings a unique perspective that deserves a thoughtful, collaborative and tailored approach designed to help meet their goals.
