Community Partnerships

We can build a better future together.

Let’s work together!

Make an impact for good in our community by partnering with CHC!

Our work would not be possible without partners like you.
Support from our corporate, community, school, district, foundation, and individual partners ensure all families can
access learning and mental health services regardless
of language, location or ability to pay.

Community Partnerships

We can make a stronger collective impact when we work together!

At CHC we partner with a range of community organizations to effectively support our community. These can be formal, long term partnerships with multi-year goals, or ad-hoc agreements to support a specific issue concerning our community.

The Leadership Collaborative founded in 2016, jointly led by CHC and Stanford provides a forum for leaders from community organizations to elevate the needs of our community and foster a culture of collaboration across Santa Clara and San Mateo counties and beyond. Read more about the Leadership Collaborative.

Become a Partner

Partner with CHC to help children, teens and young adults in our community with learning and mental health challenges. Our goal is to raise awareness, build partnerships, reduce stigma and ensure that no one ever feels alone. Reach out to our Community Engagement team at communityengagement@chconline.org to get started.
