Community Engagement

School Partnerships

Building healthy and resilient communities.

Let’s Collaborate!

CHC is excited to partner with local schools and districts to support their communities, including parents/caregivers, students, educators, and staff. Contact us to find out how you can educate your community and reduce stigma around learning differences and mental health.

School Partnerships

Your school can partner with CHC to support your staff, parents, students, and entire school community.

As a CHC school or district partner, CHC will support the mental health and learning needs of your families through various community education offerings, acting as a mental health referral for your families, and access to CHC’s free programming, from parent support groups to our podcast and Resource Library.

We connect with Learning Specialists and School counselors/Wellness Specialists through our Learning Specialists Collaborative and School Counselors Collaborative. We collaborate with our public school partners to understand how CHC can better support schools with the launch of the new school-linked services initiatives that are being rolled out by the state.

Contact us at communityengagement@chconline.org to become a school partner.
