DESCRIPTION:If you’re parenting a child with ADHD and feeling like you’re the only one – you are not alone!  \nCHC’s monthly ADHD Parent Support Group is a welcoming space to share stories\, ask questions\, and feel heard – by people who’ve been there too. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis or just need a place to exhale\, we are here for you. \nThis group is guided by Lisa Shaw\, LMFT\, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting kids and families in a variety of settings. Lisa brings a trauma-informed\, client-centered\, and strengths-based approach to her work\, helping parents feel empowered and supported. \nWhat to expect: \n\n\n\nA space for parents to share\, connect\, and reflect\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPractical takeaways from others walking a similar path\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA little more calm – and a lot more community \n\n\n\nYou’ll leave each session with new insights\, more compassion for yourself and your child\, and a reminder that you’ve got a community behind you.
