It’s a place to talk openly\, ask questions\, and walk away feeling more grounded\, supported\, and less alone. \nThe group is guided by Dr. Olivia McDonald\, a Licensed Staff Psychologist at CHC who specializes in supporting children\, teens\, and caregivers facing emotional\, developmental\, and behavioral challenges.
