DESCRIPTION:Parenting a child with learning or attention challenges can feel overwhelming – but you’re not alone! \nJoin a welcoming space where you can connect with other parents who truly understand what you’re going through. CHC’s monthly Learning Differences Parent Support Group is a chance to share\, ask questions\, feel heard\, and walk away feeling more supported (and less alone). \nThis group is guided by Emily Hsu\, PsyD\, a licensed bilingual (English/Spanish) clinical psychologist who understands just how connected learning and mental health really are. Dr. Hsu brings years of experience supporting kids and families across schools\, hospitals\, and community settings. Whether she’s doing therapy or assessments\, her goal is always the same: to help families understand their child’s unique learning style – and feel empowered to support them with compassion and confidence. \nWhat to expect: \n\n\n\nA space for parents to share\, connect\, and reflect\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPractical takeaways from others walking a similar path\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA little more calm – and a lot more community \n\n\n\nThis is a virtual session meeting on Zoom.
