DESCRIPTION:Twice-exceptionality (2e) refers to individuals who are both intellectually gifted and have a learning disability\, disorder\, or difference (e.g. autism\, ADHD\, or dyslexia). 2e individuals often possess advanced\, complex thinking skills while simultaneously experiencing significant struggles\, requiring specialized support that addresses both their high potential and their learning challenges. \nThis program will cover twice-exceptionality over the lifespan\, from the perspective of the 2e individual and their family\, including appropriate interventions at each stage\, based on current research findings and practice knowledge. \nPresented by Lisa White\, PhD \nApril 29\, 2026\n9:00am – 12:00pm\nFee: $75 \nThis course is available to clinicians and professional service providers.
