Cultural Considerations in Providing Therapy
May 4, 2018
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
It doesn’t take a clinician to know that the mere mention of our current social-political climate can heighten levels of anxiety and feelings of helplessness. It is, however, a clinician's ethical responsibility to learn ways in which we can support others, and each other, during these times. This 8-hour presentation is intended to promote awareness and challenge our traditional practices and models in order to respond in a culturally-relevant and sensitive manner. Learn more. This course will be taught by CHC's Jennifer Coloma, PhD.
