Continuing Education - Multicultural Clinical Supervision for Mental Health Professionals working with Children, Adolescents and Families
In this presentation, a framework for cultural humility in clinical supervision is presented with empirical data reflecting supervisees’ perceptions of harmful, inadequate, and exceptional clinical supervision. Using a competency-based frame, essential components of multicultural, culturally humble, clinical supervision will be described.
