Christine has discovered a passion working with children as she worked with pre-schoolers, middle aged children, and teens throughout high school, college, and post graduation. In high school she worked as a teen advisor facilitating discussions and problem solving with other local youth and adult leaders addressing youth voice in school, activities for young people in Palo Alto, and business relationships with young people. Alongside youth support, Christine has a strong belief that education be accessible, supportive, and well-rounded in order for all children/teens to be strong, smart, independent leaders, and reach their highest potential. She has worked in two preschools in Oakland as well with a non-profit all girl’s organization (Girls Inc.) serving low-income communities. In her experience working in the preschools as well as Girls Inc. Christine spent a lot of time providing and implementing individualized attention to help foster early language, literacy, social, emotional, and initiative skills. After college Christine has also worked as an ABA Therapist supporting families and children ages 3-14 with Autism Spectrum Disorder providing quality individualized intensive in-home therapy aiming for success and recovery.
