Dariah has experience working with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds and cultural practices. She conducts her sessions using mindfulness-based tools while incorporating somatic psychotherapy interventions to promote interpersonal awareness. Dariah believes in viewing the world through her clients lens to better connect and join in a therapeutic setting. She also believes in providing her clients with a safe place to explore their sense of self. Within her role as a therapist, she has provided individualized treatment plans for individuals struggling with depression, phase of life adjustments, anxiety and other presenting or co-occurring disorders.
