Shelby started at Esther B. Clark in the 2015-2016 school year. She obtained her Mild to Moderate Disabilities Special Education Credential from San Jose State University. She received her Masters in Special Education, with an emphasis on alternative school settings for students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders. She has 5 years of experience working with preschool aged children, including working with families as an in-home Early Interventionist for infants and toddlers with early identifiable disabilities and disorders. Through these experiences Shelby has found her passion for working with students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders. She enjoys developing meaningful relationships with her students and their families.
