ADAA Reviewed Mental Health Apps
Mental health apps can be effective in making therapy more accessible, efficient, and portable. The Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) members reviewed a number of apps over the last few years. These volunteer reviewers are mental health professionals with degrees in psychology, medicine, social work, and counseling.
Each app listing includes a brief description, the audience for whom the app is intended, pricing information. Reviewers rated each app using the criteria in the ratings key below:
