Half of Us is dedicated to raising awareness of this problem, decreasing the stigma around mental health and encouraging students to seek help if they need it.
Though the content is written with college students in mind, most of the resources are relevant to all teens in general.
Half of Us provides context to feelings that you might be experiencing, such as anger, anxiety, depression, stress or loneliness, and offers tips for dealing with your emotions and resources to get support.
