California Mental Health Services Authority has developed an app called MY3 that helps someone struggling with tough emotions or having thoughts of suicide to reach out to others for support.
Free from the Apple App Store and Google Play, with MY3, the user define his or her safety plan and a network of three individuals who can help when it’s needed most. It’s simple. . . .
