CHC’s free monthly Anxiety Parent Support Group is a space to connect with other parents who truly understand what it’s like. It’s a place to talk openly, ask questions, and walk away feeling more grounded, supported, and less alone.
The group is guided by Dr. Olivia McDonald, a Licensed Staff Psychologist at CHC who specializes in supporting children, teens, and caregivers facing emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges. With advanced training in CBT, DBT, interpersonal therapy, attachment-based work, and play therapy, Olivia meets families where they are – bringing deep care and expertise to every session.
