Children’s Health Council (CHC) is excited to welcome two new leaders to our Clinical Services team: Morgan Eldridge, PhD, our new Clinical Director for Private Pay Services, and Dana Cook, LCSW, our new Clinical Director for Medi-Cal Services.

Together, Dr. Eldridge and Ms. Cook bring deep clinical expertise, a shared commitment to improving access to high-quality mental health care, and a passion for helping children, teens, and families thrive.
Dr. Eldridge is a clinical psychologist with specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and extensive experience supporting young people and families in a variety of clinical settings. She is passionate about expanding access to evidence-based mental health care and helping young people develop the skills, resilience, and confidence they need to navigate life’s challenges.

Ms. Cook is a licensed clinical social worker and a third-generation Palo Alto native with more than 20 years of experience in clinical practice. Throughout her career, she has focused on building effective programs, increasing access to care, and supporting positive outcomes for children and families. Her experience working across community and clinical settings reflects CHC’s commitment to providing compassionate, accessible care for all families.
In their new roles, Dr. Eldridge and Ms. Cook will help strengthen CHC’s Clinical Services programs and support our continued efforts to meet the evolving mental health needs of children, teens, and young adults across our community.
“We are thrilled to welcome Morgan and Dana to CHC,” said Ryan Eisenberg, CHC’s CEO. “Their leadership, clinical expertise, and commitment to children and families will be invaluable as we continue expanding access to care and supporting the wellbeing of the communities we serve.”
Please join us in welcoming Dr. Eldridge and Ms. Cook to CHC. We’re grateful to have them as part of our community and look forward to the experience, perspective, and leadership they will bring to our growing clinical team.
