He has worked in community settings for the past three years, providing therapy in both English and Spanish. Anthony’s preferred form of therapy is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on accepting one’s emotions and living according to one’s values. His therapeutic style emphasizes collaboration and building upon the client’s strengths, including their ties to their community and culture. His work spans across multiple age groups, often involving the family in therapy.
