Chris has worked in the nonprofit sector for ten years, raising millions of dollars for the arts, education, healthcare, housing, and poverty relief. She is dedicated to building trusted relationships with supporters, meeting them where they are in their philanthropic journeys. Chris has held multiple leadership roles in philanthropy, including Chief Development Officer at an agency serving young adults from foster care. She also serves as a fundraising coach and mentor, drawing from her decade of experience as an elementary and middle school educator. Chris grew up in Lima, Peru, and is fluent in Spanish. She loves a good joke and, in her free time, running, boating on Lake Tahoe, and discussing modern Latin American history.
