Behavior Program Manager

Isabel is the Behavior Program Manager at Esther B. Clark School, where she has spent the past four years supporting students and families in reaching their full potential. As a San Jose native, San José State University alumna, and first-generation college student raised by immigrant parents, Isabel is passionate about working with diverse learners and creating meaningful opportunities for growth. She believes behavior is communication and approaches her work through a compassionate, evidence-based lens. Isabel is currently pursuing her master’s degree while working toward becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and is proud to serve the South Bay community that helped shape her.
