Julie Towne, MS, OTR/L, is a neuroaffirming licensed and registered occupational therapist. Julie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at Sonoma State University with an emphasis in Pre-Occupational Therapy. Julie went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University. During her time in pediatrics, she has clinical experience working with children and adolescents in school-based and private practice settings. Her passion in pediatrics includes sensory integration and utilizing a collaborative and client-centered approach. Julie is committed to creating a positive and encouraging therapeutic space for children to learn, grow, and gain independence in their daily routines and activities that are most meaningful.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys cooking, floral design, spending time with family and friends, and going thrift shopping.
