Dr. Morgan Eldridge is a clinical psychologist and healthcare leader who is passionate about improving the lives of children, adolescents, and families. She believes that every young person deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based care and is dedicated to building programs and systems that help young people and their families thrive.
As Clinical Director, Dr. Eldridge focuses on the intersection of evidence-based care, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to strengthen clinical services and improve outcomes for young people. She is passionate about developing clinicians, building sustainable programs, and creating collaborative systems that meet the evolving needs of children, adolescents, and families. Drawing on her background in school psychology, she brings a unique perspective on the importance of coordinated care across healthcare, school, and community settings.
Dr. Eldridge maintains a strong connection to clinical practice as a psychologist extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is particularly passionate about supporting youth experiencing emotion dysregulation, self-harm behaviors, suicidality, and mood-related challenges. She enjoys connecting with young people and their families and helping create environments where emotions can be understood, accepted, and regulated in meaningful ways. Dr. Eldridge is committed to providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ youth and families and views honoring each individual’s identity, lived experience, and strengths as an essential part of effective and compassionate mental health care.
Outside of work, Dr. Eldridge enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and taking advantage of opportunities to be outdoors.
