STOMP Out Bullying

STOMP Out Bullying is a national nonprofit dedicated to changing the culture for all students. It works to reduce and prevent bullying, cyberbullying, sexting and other digital abuse, educates against homophobia, LGBTQ discrimination, racism and hatred, and deters violence in schools, online and in communities across the country. STOMP Out Bullying promotes civility, inclusion and equality. It teaches effective solutions on how to respond to all forms of bullying, as well as educating kids and teens in school and online. It provides help for those in need and at risk of suicide, and raises awareness through peer mentoring programs in schools, public service announcements by noted celebrities, and social media campaigns.

STOMP Out Bullying offers the following resources:

STOMP Out Bullying™ HelpChat Line. This is a free and confidential online chat that helps youth ages 13-24 with issues around bullying and cyberbullying; as well as providing support to youths who may be at risk of suicide.
Student Information. This section contains a collection of articles about different forms of bullying and cyberbullying written for teens and young adults.
Educator Resources. Information and tips on how to create a bully-free school environment for teachers and administrators.
Parent Resources. This section provides parents with resources to help their child if he or she is being bullied, and if their child is the bully. Resources include a free online kit of forms that can be used to help resolve bullying incidences in elementary and high schools in the United States and Canada.
